For now you could upgrade to the next best package and then whenever the new thing comes out, upgrade to that (and you’d only pay the difference).
As a the OP mentioned, they are very new to the game and I wouldn't recommend spending $140 just to save on the grind. With all the newer additions BSG have added, the grind isn't as bad anymore.
